ACCT for Production

is a abbreviated version of TRACC programme, designed specially for the needs and abilities of small manufacturing companies, which decided to streamline their operations. We offer such Clients implementing the complete set of Foundation Best Practices of Teamwork, 5S, Focused Improvement and Visual Performance Measu- rement, basing on the principles of Lean and Just-In-Time production. Together with these practices we offer a variety of trainings and specialist workshops sup- porting the implementation of the programme. Similarly to TRACC, ACCT is available in multiple languages, including English and Polish.
