Thematic and specialist workshops

We offer our Clients trainings for management staff and operators in the following areas:

• Introduction to Lean and Constraints Management
• 5S, i.e. good workplace organisation
• Standardisation in everyday work
• TPM – Total Productive Maintenance, i.e. modern approach to Maintenance management
• SMED, i.e. Set-up Time Reduction

The above mentioned trainings are based on simulation games and practical exercises.
